I don't think that is a good philco model number,got a picture?

Those Tropic A-3xxx models are generally export versions and/or not made in the USA. And the schematics are generally not available here. You might try one of the forums in a country where it was made or sold. They have much better luck finding them than we in the USA do. Paul Stenning's Forum in the UK would be a good option.

As for the OLYMPIC. Is that a Saschenwerk model? A German forum like radiomuseum.org might be able to help.
